The PAL facility is located at 921 West Cannon Street in Fort Worth, Texas. It is in
the heart of the hospital district in downtown Fort Worth.
PAL is conveniently located near several of the Tarrant County Mental Health clinics and pharmacies.
This convenience makes it easy for residents to get to and from doctor’s appointments and for getting their prescriptions.
The facility is a 24,650 square foot site with an 11,008 square foot building. Fifteen (15) double occupancy rooms; every two rooms sharing a
bathroom area, five (5) dormitory style showers, lobby/community area, reception area, full kitchen, two (2) dining rooms (serves forty (40)),
laundry room, media room, game room, parlor/social room, atrium, three (3) offices, private parking lot, handicap
entrance and a handicap public bathroom.
Each bedroom consist of two (2) double beds, individual closet and drawer space for each occupant, sink, minor, 20” television,
mini blinds, bed spreads, towels and bed linens for each occupant.
